The H-Type facade scaffolding system combines prefabricated vertical H-frames (75×200 cm or wide 105×200 cm) with gravity-lock pins for rapid, hammer-free assembly of horizontal guardrails and diagonal X-braces across tall building elevations.
02 — 75 cm Standard vs. 105 cm Wide Frame Series
The 75 cm series (SM-H101-075200) optimizes steel weight and wall clearance for rendering, EIFS thermal insulation, and painting. The 105 cm wide series (SM-H101-105200) accommodates three 30 cm steel decks side-by-side for masonry, stone cladding, and heavy material staging.
03 — Structural Steel Tubing & EN ISO 3834-2 Robotic Welding
Main vertical standards utilize high-yield Ø48.3 × 3.0 mm structural steel tubing welded on automated robotic cells certified to EN ISO 3834-2, guaranteeing uniform weld penetration and dimensional interchangeability across thousands of bays.
04 — Anti-Skid Perforated Steel Decks & Trapdoor Ladders
Perforated galvanized steel walk-boards (SM-H139) feature raised drainage punchings for slip resistance in wet climates, paired with 60 cm wide aluminium trapdoor access decks (SM-H461) or heavy-duty external Z-stair towers.
05 — Hot-Dip Galvanization & Container Export Optimization
Full immersion hot-dip galvanizing per EN ISO 1461 protects both internal and external tube walls for 15+ years. Packed in steel stacking stillages (SM-F664), a single 40HC container carries approximately 1,450–1,650 m² of complete H-type facade scaffolding ex-works Gebze, Turkey.
