01 — 8-Way Ø125 mm Rosette Node & Wedge Rigidity
Forged wedge-head ledgers lock directly into 8-port Ø125 mm rosettes spaced every 500 mm on SM-F201 standards, creating a semi-rigid structural moment connection capable of spanning complex industrial geometries.
02 — Dual Steel Deck Engineering: Hot-Dip (SM-F234) & Pre-Galvanized (SM-F241)
Choose between 1.5 mm full hot-dip galvanized perforated decks (SM-F234) for marine/shipyard and heavy exterior durability, or 1.5 mm pre-galvanized sheet decks (SM-F241) and 60 cm wide aluminium decks (SM-F452/F457/F462).
03 — Industrial Maintenance, Shipyards, Domes & Heavy Shoring
Seven ledger lengths (75 cm to 300 cm) plus reinforced truss ledgers (SM-F216) allow seamless adaptation around ship hulls, boiler chambers, spherical domes, and high-load concrete formwork shoring towers.
